We aim to transfer rent payments to your own designated account within 3 working day of receipt.
Some tenants will be late paying their rent, that is a fact – the reasons vary but speed and courtesy in dealing with a tenant that is late paying rent is one of the most important factors. Leaving a late rent payment for too long, it becomes increasingly difficult to deal with going forward.
Our established and proven processes enable us to quickly identify when a tenant is late by 1 day and take the action necessary to receive the rent, understand the problem and prevent future issues.
You can rest assured that by the time we have contacted you to advise of a non-paying tenant we will already have contacted them to chase their payment, and we will keep you informed of progress along the way.

We have years of experience in rental collection, arrears management and ensuring action is taken at the right time in the right way to minimise the impact of poor payments. As a result, arrears (non-payment / late payment rates) on our portfolio of properties are extremely low and boast a less than 1% default rate.
However, when it comes to the crunch and action needs to be taken, we have the knowledge and in-house legal experience to ensure action is taken quickly to manage the problem and gain possession of the property as quickly as possible.

Our service is normally organised around a monthly rent collection service and reflects the most common method of rent payment applied in the UK. Should you have cause for alternative rental payment dates, this may be achievable (please contact to discuss in more detail, including fee premium applicable)
We set-up Direct Debit rent payments from your tenants to us and your fee is automatically deducted from your rental income - so there is nothing for you to pay upfront! A truly pay as you go basis with minimum fuss and hassle for you.
