As well as referencing guarantors Veri-Check have also teamed up with Housing Hand to offer an award-winning UK rent guarantor service with fully comprehensive cover of rent, damages and dilapidations for both international and UK students and working professionals.

How does it work?
Housing Hand charges a one-off fee to the tenant for 6 or 12 months cover of a tenancy. With the 12 month cover, they can choose to pay the fee in up to 8 monthly instalments.
The service is offered as an optional alternative to other traditional home owner guarantors, where the tenant is perhaps unable to gain a suitable alternative, thus meeting the regulations required under the Tenant Fees Act 2019
